The date of withdrawal may vary depending on the credit card company. No additional handling fees will be charged. Preparations for shipping will begin as soon as the order has been received.

Cash On Delivery
Payment is to be made in exchange for the goods at the time of delivery. Preparations for shipping will begin as soon as the order has been received. An additional handling fee of ¥324 will be charged.

Bank Transfer
After placing your order, please make the payment by bank transfer to the account designated below. The order will be shipped after payment has been confirmed. Any bank transfer fees will be incurred by the customer.

Delivery Area For orders made on this website or from Royal Blue Tea Japan Co., Ltd., delivery and sale are restricted to Japan. Overseas orders should be made via Royal Blue Tea Singapore Co., Ltd. or Royal Blue Tea Hong Kong Co., Ltd.

Exchanges & Returns 1. We do not accept exchanges or returns.
2. Notwithstanding clause 1, exchanges and returns will be accepted if there is a fault with the goods for which Royal Blue Tea is liable, such as damage to the case, or if the goods delivered are different from those ordered. In this event, please notify Royal Blue Tea within one week after delivery. A replacement will be sent in exchange for the faulty item, subject to Royal Blue Tea's returns policy. If the fault is confirmed, the shipping fees for the return of the faulty item and the delivery of its replacement will be incurred by Royal Blue Tea. If no fault is found, the shipping fees will be incurred by the customer.
Damaged Goods The following section applies only to damage occurring in-transit. Upon receiving damaged goods, please contact the shipping company as soon as possible. The damaged item will be collected by the shipping company and a replacement will be sent at a later date.
